Our cleaning program should meet the CDC recommendations and guidance from hospitality industry experts, such as the Vacation Rental Management, AirBNB, and Home Away,  and other Association's Safe Home Guidelines.  We welcome our guests and look to update these services and systems as the industry guidance evolves.

Home Preparedness

To allow for proper cleaning and disinfecting, effective June 2023

·        Check in time is 3:00pm

·        Check out time is 10:00am

NO exceptions without management approval.  Parking may be made available earlier but you must check with management before just “showing up”.  Please do not expect to enter the home early or before our cleaning crew is finished or our Owner/Manager inspection. 

Our Housekeeping Crew Normal procedures

Our professional and local team of cleaners and nearby property manager is committed to providing a clean and safe home for our guests each and every stay.  On top of our standard cleaning guidelines, we’ve launched an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness:  This new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and guidance from hospitality industry experts. 

Before every guest stay, Our home is cleaned, staged and reset for the start of your trip. We use a systematic method to ensure that every part of the home is guest-ready. 

As part of this process: 

·        Interior of the home is cleared of any items left behind by previous guests, and all surfaces are wiped clean. 

·        Hard-surface floors are swept clear of debris and mopped. Carpets and area rugs are thoroughly vacuumed.

·        Comforters and pillows are freshly laundered and placed on beds. 

·        Floor mats are freshly laundered and placed in bathrooms and kitchens. 

·        All dishes and utensils are cleaned and the dishwasher and it will be left empty. 

·        Refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker are cleaned. 

·        Dining tables and chairs are wiped down and all drawers are cleaned and organized. 

·        Showers, bathtubs, and toilets are thoroughly cleaned. 

·        All trash cans are emptied and stocked with fresh liners. 

·        BBQ grill is cleaned and checked. It is hooked up to natural gas and ready to go. 

·        Exterior grounds are cleared, and outdoor chairs and tables are wiped down. 

Finally, guests can simply arrive unpack, make the beds and relax; We provide every guest with starter amenities like, cleaning supplies (under the sink), small stock of basic household items like paper towels, some toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwashing soap etc.  Tall kitchen bags and large bags for main garbage are provided (You do not need to bring these).

Guest Amenities

To minimize person-to-person contact, our home is equipped with keyless entry for both the front door and garage; this will allow you to check in and check out without interfacing with our property care taker.  Amy is available for check in, and will visit with a mask and gloves on request.  

This home has NO shared amenities

  • The outdoor shower is also cleaned first so you can use it early in the event of an early permitted arrival.  

Only your family and your guests that YOU are comfortable visiting are allowed to use the home and amenities. 

No open parties of more than the existing state mandate for group assembly are permitted.

Air Disinfection - Bipolar Ionization

From July 2020, virus mitigation and air purification is provided with the use of a Bi-polar Ozinator to the home on the first floor.

Airflow passes through our patented AtmosAir bipolar ionization tube. The tube energizes the air to form bipolar — positive and negative — air ions.

The airflow distributes the energized ions into all of the spaces served by the duct system in an in-duct installation, or into the applicable space if a standalone unit is used. Bradshaw’s Beach Safety Information

The following is a quote from the Bradshaw Beach safety team:

Bradshaw's Beach is open for normal business.

  • NO coolers, alcohol or drugs permitted on the beach.  Violators can be removed and beach privileges may be revoked. At the request of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, absolutely no coolers larger than 13 inches in width, length or height will be permitted on the beach. Point Pleasant Beach Town Information

Our Police Department has taken steps to ensure additional resources in order to handle this in a safe and orderly fashion. They have increased their numbers and will be at full seasonal strength for the summer.

Private businesses will be doing their part by providing social distancing ambassadors along the portions where they service customers. Hand sanitizing stations have been set up at every beach access point and signage will be going up shortly.

Rides, games and amusements will be open this summer.  Restaurants will be open for indoor dining and takeout 

The inlet parking lot is returned to normal operations.
